Review Tracker for Sheets (the “Add-on”) helps users monitor, organize, and analyze Google Business™ review data directly inside Google Sheets™. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information.
The Add-on may access the following information solely to provide its core functionality:
Used to store, display, and analyze review data within the active spreadsheet where the Add-on is installed.
Used to:
Verify subscription status (Free vs. Pro)
Pre-fill the optional alert email field
Send email alerts if the user enables them
Used to fetch publicly available Google Business™ review data via the official Google Places API for the Place ID configured by the user.
Used only if explicitly enabled by the user to send alerts when low-rated reviews are detected.
We use accessed data strictly to:
Sync and display Google Business™ review data
Provide dashboards and analytics within Google Sheets™
Verify Pro subscription status
Send optional email alerts when enabled by the user
We do not use your data for advertising, tracking, profiling, or marketing purposes.
Review data is stored only inside the user’s Google Sheets™ file.
Subscription status is verified securely via a minimal external verification service.
The Add-on does not store personal user data outside of what is necessary to provide its functionality.
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
The only external services used are:
Google APIs (for Sheets™ access and review data retrieval)
Stripe (for subscription billing)
Cloudflare (for secure subscription verification)
These services are used solely to operate and secure the Add-on.
Email alerts are strictly opt-in.
No emails are sent unless the user explicitly enables alerts in the Add-on settings.
Users may remove stored data at any time by:
Deleting the Google Sheets™ file, and/or
Uninstalling the Add-on
